Festival Embarque presents guitarist Caroline Delume and flutist Tessa Brinckman performing on flute, alto flute, guitar and theorbo. The concert features two world premieres –  a new work by Tessa Brinckman, and a re-orchestration of an older work by Bun-Ching Lam. It also includes works by Gabriela Ortiz, Toru Takemitsu, Heitor Villa-Lobos and Marin Marais.

Le duo FLüth lance ses embarcations instrumentales dans un voyage sensible. Création et transcription métamorphosent les façons de tisser les sons : le théorbe incarne aussi bien une viole de gambe qu’une cithare chinoise, la flûte donne souffle aux éléments terrestres et marins dessinant un univers incertain. Leur équipage offre des détours vers des musiques aux imaginaires sans frontières.
