Arpaviva Recordings is releasing Ensemble Ex Materia’s new single Iron draws the hand toward it. This international collaboration of musicians includes Peter Vukmirovic Stevens (clavichord/synths/arrangements), Tessa Brinckman (baroque flute/percussion), Strotter (prepared turntables), Johanna Sandels (electronics), Jérôme Descamps (trombone) and FM Einheit (electronics). The track blends baroque flute and clavichord with prepared turntables, electronics, drones, and percussion, with a special guest appearance by FM Einheit, adding a distinctive edge to the ensemble’s evolving sound.
