Monica Von Thun Calderón writes “At Grandaisy Bakery, we believe that a name carries a legacy. When it was time to name my bakery, I named it after my beloved grandmother, Grandaisy. Bread, or as we say in Italian, “il pane,” is at the heart of everything we do. Our motto, “all we knead is love,” captures our passion for crafting exceptional loaves that go beyond the ordinary. Our bakeshop offers a delightful selection of Roman-style flatbreads and panini, crafted with fresh and delicious ingredients. Join us at Grandaisy Bakery, where the love for bread, the dedication of our artisans, and the joy of sharing good food converge.”

The concert will also be live-streamed, with an event listing on Composers Concordance’s Facebook Page.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $30 at the door.
