WildLine “Constellations | Three” @ Morris-Jumel Mansion, NYC

WildLine ends their second season, “Constellations” with an interdisciplinary celebration of music, artisanal mastery and autonomy (as exemplified by the sheath “qipao” dress), with the unique combination of flute, cello and guzheng and performance installations. This year’s theme of constellations is inspired by the intelligence of our biologic and cultural webs, and how we draw resonance, tension, motion, frequency and relationship in everyday life.

WildLine features flutist Tessa Brinckman, guzheng player Jing Zhou and cellist/installation artist, Thea Mesirow. The music includes new work by Jing Zhou written specially for WildLine.

Many more deets to come!
